If the link to the KCTV video fails to play the video the steps below may resolve the problem.

• Install RealPlayer (it is free) from here.
• After installing RealPlayer try the link again.
• If the KCTV link still fails to load the video, copy this url:
  rtsp://media01.metrokc.gov:554/CouncilArchive/special/15minutes/20050427.085228.rm
• Run RealPlayer
• From the File menu choose Open Location
• Paste the URL into the Location text field and RealPlayer will start playing the video

Alternatively go to the KCTV site:
