If the link to this KCTV video fails to play the video the steps below may resolve the problem.

• Errors like: rtsp is not a registered protocol or The page cannot be displayed indicate that RealPlayer is not installed.
• Install RealPlayer (it is free) from here.
• After installing RealPlayer try the link again.
• If the KCTV link still fails to load the video, copy this url:
  rtsp://video.ci.seattle.wa.us/VVG_KCPortV.rm?start=14:16&end=16:23
• Run RealPlayer
• From the File menu choose Open Location
• Paste the URL into the Location text field and RealPlayer will start playing the video
